“Customer Discovery: Your Most Powerful Marketing Advantage” – Mari Milenkovic, MBA

Lecture Summary: Description: In today’s crowded wellness space, it’s not enough to have the credentials or the passion—you need to deeply understand who your services are really for, how to reach them, and what language resonates most. This workshop is designed specifically for registered dietitians who want to grow their practices with more clarity and confidence. You’ll learn how to stop marketing to the masses and start building meaningful connections with your right-fit clients—the ones who are ready for change and willing to engage. By the end of this session, you’ll know how to identify, connect with, and learn from your clients, using those insights to craft offers, messaging, and marketing that actually work.
