The cost to attend each webinar is $10 per webinar, or register for all three in March and only pay $25. CEUs have been approved for each session and NCAND will record the sessions we have permission to record. Any recordings of a session will only be shared with meeting registrants. Registration for each webinar ends, 30 minutes before the webinar is slated to start.

Topic: Clinical "Food Exposure Therapy to Treat Eating Disorders: The Dietitians Role" - Rachel Liger, MS,RDN, Doctoral Candidate Lecture Summary: This lecture examines the therapeutic role of both resistance training and cardiovascular exercise in eating disorder treatment, emphasizing an evidence-based rationale for how appropriately prescribed movement can support metabolic health, bone density, strength, and mood without reinforcing compulsive or compensatory behaviors. Drawing on current literature and consensus guidelines, it reviews criteria for medical clearance, practical protocols for reintroducing exercise safely, and how dietitians can align individualized fueling plans with movement prescriptions within a multidisciplinary team.
